It all started in the 70 when our grandpa and grandma came to the United States from Hong Kong. Of all the industries to jump into, the restaurant business seemed to call to them at the right time. 

,They got their start with a classic, American dish: the hamburger. As they got the hamburger stand up and running, it gave them the experience and funding to buy The Chopstick - or as well call it, Chopsticks. 

Chopsticks has been open for 50+ years and helped support our family with college, a roof over our heads and most importantly, fresh food on the table. As a multi-generational pillar in our family, we’re grateful for the success and connection to the Stockton community it has allowed us to build.
